Night Owl Designs Policies

It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand the following information before placing an order.
Because my items are all handmade from raw materials, the shop is not always fully stocked. I will restock the shop as often as I can and make announcements on all social media platforms. 
Custom work is always accepted!
I enjoy creating custom pieces most of all, so if you have a treasure that you would like me to incorporate into a piece, please feel free to message me with details and photos.

Repairs on Purchases

Repairs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • If an item that you have purchased from Night Owl Designs breaks or is slightly damaged, I will always try my best to repair it for you. 
  • Repairs on purchased items may take some time and are worked on in the order they are received. 
  • The purchaser of the damaged item will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.
  • Depending on the severity of the damage, an additional charge may occur.
  • If the damaged item is determined to be beyond repair, I may be able to offer a discount on an in-stock item or custom piece.

Return Policies

Night Owl Designs has a no refund policy.
I do not allow returns or exchanges based on wrong size or buyer's remorse. Please be aware of your size and budget and think carefully about your purchase before ordering

All sales purchases are final.

Shipping Policies

Items tend to ship within 1-5 days after i receive your order unless otherwise arranged. If you have deadline or event that you need to receive your jewelry for, please contact me immediately after ordering at adriahoule1@gmail.com.

Night Owl Designs will not liable for items lost in the mail, but will assist you in tracking it as the shipment progresses.

For customers physically on the island of Martha's Vineyard, I do offer contactless pickup or drop-off. Just send me an email immediately after your purchase and we can arrange a date, time, and place.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
